On NHK!! Woohoo!
This time last year I attended a convention called “J-Culture Con” in Derby, and entered a “Fruits” style catwalk, where the contestants were judged on their fun & quirky, Japanese inspired outfits. Anyway, I won, and I got this big bastard of a trophy and the privilege to come back the next year and be a guest judge!! How utterly exciting :) Time has flown, and this years convention is upon us, and takes place this Saturday (17th of September 2011), and it’s my turn, at last, to be a guest judge :)
So this is a call out for everyone to come and participate in a great days fun and to have a go at getting on the catwalk! We’re looking for the biggest, most inspiring and crazy looks :) You’ll get your very own fat ass trophy and be a judge next year as well (oh did I mention, being a judge means you’ll get in for free next year as well. You get free entry if you come 2nd or 3rd as well, so it’s worth a shot!).
So please, come and support a great little convention, which isn’t just about cosplay and selling rip-off plushies!
